Since the preview event and the release of factions, I have been recieving lots of connection problems and lots of server lag. It is extremely hard to be competing for a fast and quick completion of a mission when your character doesn't respond for over a minute.

I know for a fact that a many players have been experience lots of lag and connection problems since the release of Factions. ANet's original explaination of the lag was the constant server updates that were being made, to the lead up of the release of Factions.

Surprise! Factions has been out for over a week now, so why the bloody hell are your servers lagging so much still.

ANet could you please make sure you can run your current two Chapters smoothly before you continue making your third?

People will always have connection problems. They are still installing updates almost 24/7, calm down. Give it a while and it will get better. But, there will always be problems, learn to love it.

yeah same with me, i hav good comp. w/ fast dsl and never experienced with lag in tyria, but until i played factions i hav

I can safely say I have lag spikes also. State of the art computer 3 years ago, still in perfect condition, cable internet, still lags. It hurts home when you a monk.

Originally I planned to use my mesmer in factions but is sooo damn laggy that I feel whats the point on using mesmer if I miss monsters casting bars by a mile when trying to interrupt? Ended bringing monk and is far better, however I hate it how I suddenly spyke and find 2-3 people dead -.-
